Sezchwan Sauce
Sichuan Sauce/Schezwan Sauce
ingredients:-
20 kashmiri red chillies (soak in boiled water for half an hour)
3 tablespoon ginger paste
2 tablespoon garlic paste
salt to taste
1 teaspoon Ajinomoto
1 teaspoon soya sauce
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
1 star arise crushed
1 pinch orange red color
1/2 cup oil
Method
Make fine paste of Kashmiri red chillies add vinegar in it when grinding
Heat oil in pan
Add ginger garlic paste n saute well for 8 to 10 min on low flame
Add red chilly paste n salt in it n saute well
Add soy sauce, ajinomoto, sugar, food color n star arise saute well
Store it in tight jar n use it for dosa, Chinese foods, sandwiches etc
Suggestion:- do not add color if u want to store it for long time
