Mutton Matar Aloo Qeema
Ingredients
250gm mutton qeema
2 potatoes (cut into small pieces)
1 cup peas
2 large onion finely sliced
1teaspoon ginger garlic paste
4 green chilies slits
salt to taste
1/4 tablespoon red chili powder
1/4 tablespoon garam masala powder
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 tablespoon coriander powder
2 tablespoon finely chopped coriander leaves
1/2 cup oil
Heat oil in cooker add onion n saute well n then when the onion loose add ginger garlic paste n green chilli cook for 2 minutes
Add garam masala powder n mutton qeema n mix it well in the same time add salt in it n mix well let them cook on low flame only for 5 to 7 minutes
Now add all powder in mutton n mix it with mutton add little water 1/2 cup
Cover with lid n cook it on 3 4 whistle switch off the gas n let them cool
After 10 minutes open the lid n add muttar n aloo again cover lid n cook it on 3 4 whistle
Open lid n add coriander leaves
Serve hot with naan, parata etc
Suggestion:- U can add 1/2 cup curd also for best gravy
