Moong Dal Masala

simple n easy way to serve yummy masala moong dal to your family or guest. This is pure vegeterain dal recipe which can easily prepare by few ingredients.

Ingredients:-

1 cup moong Dal soaked
1 onion chopped
1 tomato chopped
1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
salt as required
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
1 tablespoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon dried fenugreek
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
2 tablespoons cooking oil

Method:-

Heat oil in deep wok n splutter cumin seeds.
Add onion n saute till the color change.
Add ginger-garlic paste n saute for minutes.
Add tomato, salt n all spices, mix well, add little water in mixture n cook till the oil start floating all over masala.
Add soaked dal in mixture with little water n dried fenugreek, now cover the lid n cook for 15 minutes on low flame in between keep sautéing.
