Masala Corn
Corn is one of the most popular cereal grain in the world. These include tortillas, tortilla chips, cornmeal, corn flour and corn oil. Whole-grain corn is as healthy as any cereal grain, rich in fiber and many vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Corn is typically yellow, but comes in a variety of other colors like red, purple and white.
Ingredients:-
2 cups corn kernels boiled
salt as per taste
1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon chat masala
1 tablespoon melted butter
Method:-
Take mixing bowl add boiled corn kernels n butter, mix well.
Add all ingredients salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder and chat masala, mix it well.
Transfer it in plate n garnish with mint leaves.
