Mooli Ka Achar/Radish Pickle

I made this radish pickle in the month of February 2017 which is the best season in which the vegetables are available in market coz of winter season, so  I decided to make radish pickle n finally my result is here,
i kept this pickle  in airtight jar n kept  in sunlight for month or u can leave this pickle jar in sunlight till the end of  summer season.
Now this pickle is ready to serve anytime, it is hot  n tangy. Simple n easy recipe and this radish pickle need few ingredients.


Ingredients:-

2kg Radish peeled n sliced
2 cups mustard oil
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
40 nos of dried red chilies
1  whole garlic peel or 20 nos garlic cloves
1 1/2 tablespoons mustard seeds
1 1/2 tablespoons salt or as required

Method:-

Take deep wok add water, radish, 1/2 tablespoon salt and turmeric powder bring it to boil on high flame, do not boil too much, radish should be little bit solid.

Remove extra water n take it out in absorbing paper till the remaining water absorb.

Take all ingredients in grinder (dried red chilli, garlic and mustard seeds)  grind it into fine paste, do not add water if required than add mustard oil in it.

Take airtight jar in which u can store this pickle for year.

Take boiled radish put it in jar add grinded mixture,  salt n oil,
mix it well with the help of spoon.

keep this jar in sunlight for month in between take care of this pickle
keep mixing it well with the help of dry spoon.
