1/4 teaspoon saunf powder
2 hari Mirch pisi hui
1/4 turmeric powder
1/2 coriander powder
1/4 teaspoon red chilly powder
salt to taste
tadke k liye
1/2 teaspoon raai
8 10 karipatta
1 chutki hing
4 5 tablespoon oil
Method
Arbi k patto KO dhokar saf karle
bada patta rakhe uspar besan k ghol ka lep lagaye phir uspar dusra arbi ka patta palat kar rakhe lep lagaye
Sare patto ko yunhi set karte jaye
Roll kare ache se half half center se Kat le
gas par patile me pani dalkar garm kare
Stand rakhe or bhaap par arbi k patto k role KO 20minute tak pakae dheemi aanch par
thanda hone par 1inch k tukde cut karte jaaye
oil garm kare raai, karipatta, hing tadkae n patra shallow fry kare
