Egg Curry
this is an easy and simple recipe for egg lovers

Egg curry

Ingredients

4 eggs boiled n peeled
1 large onion
2 green chilli
1/2  teaspoon ginger n garlic paste
10 seeds of fenugreek
salt to taste
1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder
1/4 teaspoon garam masala powder
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 cup cooking oil
11/2 glass water
Fresh coriander leaves chopped

Method

Make smooth paste of  (onion, tomato, ginger, garlic and green chilli)
Heat oil in kadai add fenugreek seeds n fry it till they get dark brown in color
Add paste n stir it on low flame for 20 minutes
Add all masala powder n water
Cover lid n cook on low flame for 15 minutes
Check if the curry ready add boiled egg in it n cook on low flame for 5 minutes
Garnish with coriander leaves
