Soya chunks Manchurian
Ingredients:-
For soya :-
1 packet of soya chunk (25pieces soaked)
1 tablespoon all purpose flour
1 teaspoon corn starch
1 teaspoon ginger paste
Salt to taste
Oil for deep fry
For Manchurian:-
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons chilli sauce or red chilli paste
2 pinch asaefotida
5 green chillies cut each into 3
7 pods garlic finely chopped
1 inch ginger finely chopped
1 tablespoon fresh chopped coriander leaves
1 tablespoon oil
Method:-
Take soaked soya chunks n remove excess water from it but remember have to keep moisture in chunks do not press it hard when removing excess water from chunks
Keep it in bowl n mix it with ginger paste, all purpose flour, salt n cornstarch mix well
Heat oil in wok n deep fried soya chunks in heated oil on high flame, chunks do not take too much time to fry so take out in plate in 30 seconds, u will get the soya chunks very crunchy after frying but soft from n moisture from inside
For Manchurian:-
In the bowl mix soy sauce, vinegar, chilli sauce n asaefotida, do not add salt in this mixture coz soya already having a little beat salt
Heat oil in other wok and add chopped garlic n ginger fry it on high flame till the color change in brown
Add green chillies saute for 10seconds
Add mixture and saute now put fried soya chunks in wok n mix well the crunchiness of soya will remove n it will be soft after sauteing in the mixture
This is an easy chinese recipe so u have to keep all the ingredients ready infront of u when u going to cook soya Manchurian
Serve hot n garnish with coriander
