Matar Aloo Sabzi

Matar is one of the most popular sabzi in India
Matar aloo sabzi loved by Indians across the world
The gravy of onion, ginger, garlic, green cillies cooked with aromatic spice powder, we serve this with chapati, puri and rice

Ingredients

1½ cup potatoes (peel, wash and cut into small pieces)
⅓ cup peas
1 medium size chopped onion
½ teaspoon ginger  paste
½ teaspoon garlic paste
2 green chilies chopped
Salt to taste
½ teaspoon red chili powder
⅓ teaspoon turmeric powder
1 tablespoon coriander powder
⅓ teaspoon garam masala powder
5 tablespoons cooking oil
2 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves

Method:-

Heat oil in pressure cooker add onion n cook it on medium flame till the color get little brown
Now mix all powders in green chilies, ginger n garlic paste, make smooth paste with the help of water
Add it in cooker n saute for 2 min till the oil float over masala
Now add potatoes and peas in the mixture, mix well
Add little water n pressure cook it on 3 4 whistle
Serve hot n garnish with coriander
