Kari Gosht

Preparation time- 30mins
Cooking time-30mins

Ingredients:-
500gm mutton washed
2 onions sliced
2 sprig curry leaves
1 tablespoon ginger paste
1 tablespoon garlic paste
2 tablespoon Khas  khas
1/2 cup Peanuts roasted n peeled
1 cup Cashew
1/2 cup roasted gram dal
2 tablespoon sesame seeds
7 8 kashmiri  mirch
1 glass coconut milk
2 tablespoon tamarind pulp soaked
2 bay leaf
4 cloves
5 6 black pepper
salt to taste
3 tablespoon oil
mint leaves for garnishing
fresh coriander leaves for garnishing

Method:-

Boiled mutton with salt, onion, ginger n garlic paste on 5 6 whistle

khas khas, cashew, peanuts, gram dal, sesame seeds, kashmiri Mirch, cloves, black pepper Grind  these  into  fine  powder   n  u  can  store  it  fr a long  time also

Heat  oil  in wok and crackle  curry leaves  n  bay leafs.
Add  grinded  powder  say  about  a  big   bowl and  saute for 4 5mins  till the powdered start giving roasted aroma. 
Add 1 glass coconut   milk  in  that  n  add  boiled  meat  n  the  stock  also. let  it  boil  for  about  20  mins.
Add  the tamarind pulp  to  it
n  taste  according let  it  boil  fr  some  more 10 mins.
garnish with mint or coriander leaves
Serve with naan or roti.

Suggestion:- Add   water  according  to  the  gravy  u  want but  remember  it  should  not  be  very  thin  gravy
