Ingredients
250gm cauliflower grind it in food processor
400gm wheat flour
2 green chilies finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
salt to taste
5 tablespoons oil
1/4 teaspoon Cumin seeds
1 pinch carom seeds
ghee for applying on parathas
Method
hit oil in wok add cumin seeds let them crackle
Now add carom seeds and green chilly wait for 10 sec.
Now add turmeric powder n salt
Add chopped cauliflower in wok n mix well let them cool
Add wheat flour in food processor add cauliflower mixture in it n make soft dough with little water n little oil
Divide it into balls n make smooth ball n flatten in between your palm
Dust it into flours n roll it on rolling pin like disc at 1 time
Heat tawa n cook all parathas applying ghee
