Egg pakoda

Ingredients

4 boil eggs (cut into 2)
1 1/2 cup gram flour(besan)
salt to taste
1/4 teaspoon red chilly powder
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
1 pinch asaefotida (hing)
2 pinch ajwain
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 pinch baking soda
oil for fry

Method
Make batter of all ingredients
heat oil
dip egg in batter
deep fry all pieces
serve with chutney
