Aloo Paratha
Ingredients
For Dough
2 cups wheat flour
Salt to taste
2 tablespoons cooking oil
1 cup Water
For stuffing
3 medium size potatoes boiled n well mashed
1 onion finely chopped ( optional)
2 green chillies finely chopped
2 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
Salt a pinch
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
Oil or ghee
Method
Make soft dough of wheat flour by using water n oil n rest it for 30mins
Mix all stuffing ingredients (Potato, green chilli, onion, coriander leaves, salt n red chili powder)
Now take small balls of dough and gently press balls on rolling pin n dust some dry flour on it
Spread mixture on it n take another ball press roll n cover it on stuffed piece gently roll it n place it on hot tawa and cook over on medium flame pour oil n spread it on paratha well
Do the same things again make all aloo paratha in the same way
Serve with curd, lime pickle n garnish with butter
