ingredients
1/2 kg boneless chicken pieces into cubes
washed
egg 1
1 teaspoon ginger n 1 teaspoon garlic paste
salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon red chilly powder
1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
1 pinch red orange food color
2 tablespoon cornflour
2 3 tablespoons all purpose flour
limited oil for chicken deep frying first of all
mix all ingredients n keep aside for 15mins
For tadka
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 tablespoons chopped garlic
1 teaspoon chopped ginger
7 8 fresh curry leaves
1 green chilly finely slits
2 kashmiri deghi Mirch cut into 5 6 pieces
2 tablespoons lemon juice
fresh chopped coriander leaves
1/2 cup oil
method
chicken fry in heated oil n take out in plate when its done
now in other wok heat oil put mustard seeds, cumin seeds, garlic n ginger, curry leaves, green chilly, kashmiri chilli fry well all dis ingredients
now add your fried chicken in it n cook it on low flame for 2 minutes
add lemon juice n saute fast
switch off flame n after a rest
Serve dis in plate n garnish with coriander leaves n with green chutney or onion
