Namkeen sewaiya
Ingredients
1 cup crushed thin vermicelli
1large onion chopped
1 tspn mustard seeds
5 6 fresh curry leaves
1 tablespoon peanuts
1 tablespoon roasted gramdal
2 green chillies chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 whole pinch turmeric powder
Salt to taste
1 cup water
Oil 2 tblspn
Method
Heat oil in wok add mustard seeds when they crackle add curry leaves and green chilly cook for 20 seconds
Now add peanuts n gramdal stir it for 30 seconds on medium flame
Add onion n stir till it will be little soft
Add salt, turmeric powder n water mix well n bring to boil it
Add vermicelli n mix proper it in water cover the wok with lid n let them it on low flame for 2 to 3minutes in between stir it n pour lemon juice again cover lid n switch off the flame
After 5 to 7minutes Serve n garnish with coriander leaves
