Kheer recipe

ingredients

2 tablespoon rice (soaked for 2 hour)
1 1/2 litre milk
4 5 tablespoons sugar
10 cashewnut chopped
10 almonds peeled n sliced
3 green cardamom
1/3 cup pure ghee
kesar 1 pinch

Method
heat ghee in deep wok crackle green cardamom  in it add the soaked rice n roast it on medium flame
Add milk in it n let them cook for half n hour on low flame n keep stirring in between rice should not b sticky into the bottom of wok
Add dry fruits in it n let them cook n keep stirring
Add sugar n cook till the portion of milk reduce 1/4 
Hand blend the kheer
garnish with kesar n serve chill
