Mirch Achar (Chili Pickle)
Mirch achaar
like to have dis with khichdi n dal rice
so easy n fast get ready my recipe
Ingredients
250gm long chili
Salt to taste
5 tablespoons coriander seeds
2 tablespoons cumin seeds
2 tablespoons saunf seeds
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
1/2 teaspoon fenugreek seeds
1 whole lemon juice
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup cooking oil
Method
Roast all the seeds in pan on low flame for 2min
Grind finely
Cut the chilies in 1 inch as shown in pic
Take it in bowl n mix water n little oil in the powder n mix it well
In the same pan heat oil and add the mixture in heated oil let them fry on low flame for 30 sec
Now add chilies in pan and saute
Cover the lid n cook it on low flame in between check n saute so it will not burn
When u see the chilies get little soft add salt, lemon juice n mix it
Cook on high flame n saute
let them cool n store it in air tight container
Ready to serve with menu
