Kundru Dry
Kundru dry/ Sukki tondli sabzi
Ingredients
250gm kundru wash n cut long into 4
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/4 teaspoon mustard seeds
1 pinch asaefotida
salt to taste
1/2 red chili powder
1/4 turmeric powder
1 tablespoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon mango powder
1/4 cup water
4 tablespoon cooking oil
Method
Heat oil in pan
Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds n asaefotida when seeds crackle add ivy gourd n saute well
sprinkle little water n cover the lid now cook that for 2min on medium flame
Open lid and now start adding salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, mango powder n turmeric powder add water now n cover the lead cook it for 5 7 minutes on low flame
serve hot
