Gobhi Fried Rice

Gobi Fried Rice Ingredients:- Rice – 1 Cup Gobi or Cauliflower- 1 Capsicum 1 cut into cubes Rice Flour – 2 tsp Corn Flour – 2 tsp Maida / All Purpose Flour – 2tblespoon Salt to taste Red Food Color – a pinch Chopped  Onion – 1 Ginger Garlic Paste – 1/4 tsp Chopped Green Chillies – 2 Red Chlli Powder – 1/2 tsp Pepper Powder – 1/4 tsp Garam Masala Powder – 1/4 tsp Chopped Coriander leaves Oil 2 tablespoons Time to Prepare: 30 mins How to Make Gobi Fried Rice: Cut the Gobi or cauliflower into medium sized florets. Boil the cauliflower florets in little salt and water for minute  This is to ensure that florets are disinfected from germs or bacteria. I had 6 to 7 leftover Roti's so how to finish dis m thinking den I got an idea to makeover this Roti's in my way so here I present my mint leftover roti chila Ingredients;- 3 to 4 leftover rotis 2 tablespoons gramflour 1 onion finely chopped 1 green chili chopped 1 teaspoon coriander leaves chopped 1 teaspoon mint chutney Salt a pinch Red chili powder Method:- Make thick batter take gramflour  tablespoons, chopped onion, chopped green chili, chopped coriander leaves, salt, if u have green chutney so u can add chutney to make chila green in color(I used mint chutney) Take roti n apply 1 tablespoon mixture on 1 side of roti Heat pan n drop some cooking oil cook  that mixture side on pan, cook well till  the mixture get crunchy Serve hot with tomato ketchup Ready to eat

Masala Boti Fry Recipe Ingredients:- 250gm boneless meat 1 large onion sliced 1 teaspoon garlic n ginger paste 6 7 black pepper 1 stick cinnamon 3 cloves 3 green cardamom Salt to tast 1/2 teaspoon red chilly powder 1/4 teaspoon all spices powder 1 teaspoon mutton masala powder 4 tablespoon cooking oil 1 cup water 1 tablespoon lemon juice Chopped fresh coriander leaves for garnishing Method Mainate meat with salt, red chilly powder, mutton masala powder, all spices powder n lemon Heat oil add cinnamon, black pepper, green cardamom, cloves let them splutter Add onion n saute till it become pink Add ginger garlic paste n saute for 2min Add marinated meat in it n mix it well add water Cover lid n let it cook on medium flame for 20minutes in between keep stirring it Check the all masalas will be dry n meat have to cook well till meat is soft Serve in plate n sprinkle coriander on it Ready to eat

A winter speciality from the North Indian State of Punjab, this sabzi is made with a mix of wilted mustard and other greens. Traditionally served with makki di roti. Sarson ka saag and makki di roti is the pride of Punjab. Prawns Koliwada

Ingredients for Prawn Koliwada Recipe Prawns (medium) peeled and deveined 16-18 Semolina (rawa, sooji)1/2 cup Cumin powder roasted 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder 2 teaspoons Salt to taste Ginger paste 1 tablespoon Garlic paste 1 tablespoon Yogurt 2 tablespoon Oil for deep-frying Chaat masala 1/2 teaspoon Lemon juice 2 tablespoons Method:- Make a thick batter with the semolina, roasted cumin powder, chilli powder, salt, ginger paste, garlic paste, yogurt and two tablespoons of water. Marinate the prawns in the batter for half an hour. Heat the oil in a kadai and deep-fry the prawns till crisp on the outside. Drain on absorbent paper. Serve hot, sprinkled with chaat masala and lemon juice.

Dhokla is Gujarati snacks which we all like this very much Dhokla Ingredients:- 2 cups Gram flour (besan) 1 cup Yogurt beaten Salt to taste Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon Green chilli-ginger paste 1 teaspoon Oil 2 tablespoons Lemon juice 2 tablespoon Soda bicarbonate 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds 1 teaspoon curry leaves 7 8 green chillies 4 5 (cut into 2) 1/4 cup water Fresh coriander leaves chopped 2 tablespoons Method:- Step 1 Take gram flour in a bowl. Add yogurt and approximately one cup of warm water and mix. Avoid lumps. Add salt and mix again. Step 2 Leave it aside to ferment for half an hour. When gram flour mixture has fermented, add turmeric powder and green chilli-ginger paste. Mix Heat the steamer. Grease a thali. Step 3 In a small bowl take lemon juice, soda bicarbonate, one teaspoon of oil and mix. Add it to the batter and whisk briskly. Pour batter into the greased thali and place it in the steamer. Kheer recipe ingredients 2 tablespoon rice (soaked for 2 hour) 1 1/2 litre milk 4 5 tablespoons sugar 10 cashewnut chopped 10 almonds peeled n sliced 3 green cardamom 1/3 cup pure ghee kesar 1 pinch Method heat ghee in deep wok crackle green cardamom  in it add the soaked rice n roast it on medium flame Add milk in it n let them cook for half n hour on low flame n keep stirring in between rice should not b sticky into the bottom of wok Add dry fruits in it n let them cook n keep stirring Add sugar n cook till the portion of milk reduce 1/4  Hand blend the kheer garnish with kesar n serve chill

Mutton Biryani ingredients:; Mutton cut into 2 inch pieces on the bone 500 grams 500grams basmati rice cooked 3 onion sliced 4 tomato chopped 1 onion fried in ghee 5 6 tablespoon ghee 4 5 Black cardamoms Black peppercorns 4 5Green cardamoms 5-6 Cloves 3-4Green chillies slit 1 tablespoon Ginger paste 1 tablespoon garlic paste Biryani  masala (I used everest shahi biryani masala) 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon Green cardamom powder 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala powder Salt to taste 9 10 cashews fried fresh coriander leaves Method Step 1 Heat ghee in a pressure cooker. Coconut Rice is one of the simplest rice preparations from south India. In this recipe, we make a quick seasoning and roast the grated coconut. The more coconut you add, the more flavorful the rice will be. It goes well with any side dish. It is perfect for lunch box and even to serve for unexpected guests. About this recipe lauki also known as bottle gourd or opo squash is used in indian cuisine in various ways. lauki is also called as dudhi (marathi and gujarati). This is healthy fried recipe which is cooked on tawa pan with flavorful spices. Ingredients for Fried Bottleguard 1 whole bottle gourd Salt to taste 1 teaspoon red chili powder 1 teaspoon coriander powder 1 teaspoon turmeric powder 1 teaspoon mango powder 1/2 teaspoon chat masala powder 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder 1/4 cup oil How to cook Fried Bottleguard Peel bottle hours and sliced it into 2inch pieces.
