Chana Dal Wada
Chana Dal Wada Recipe
Ingredients:-
2 cups of gram dal soak 4hours n grind into course
3 chopped chillies
1 large onion finely chopped
salt to taste
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
2 pinch of ajwain
oil for deep fry
Method:-
mix all ingredients well
heat oil
wet your palm with water
take balls of mixture n lightly press it in between your palm
dip wada 1 by 1 in heated oil on low flame first fry for 5 min
and then fry it on high flame for 2 mins till your chana dal wada become crisp n golden
