Mint Aloo
Mint chutney is deliciously spicy condiment prepared from fresh mint leaves, coriander leaves, ginger, garlic and green chilli
Garlic and coriander adds additional dimension to its flavor as well as helps bring down the strong aroma of mint.
Here I m sharing my mint potato recipe with u
Ingredients
250gm baby potatoes (boiled n peel)
1& 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
1 cup fresh coriander leaves
5 green chillies
20 to 25 garlic pods peel
1 inch ginger(optional)
Salt to taste
2 tablespoon curd or lemon juice (choices)
1 teaspoon oil
Method:-
Heat oil in pan n roast garlic till it turn brown
Take this ingredients in mixi n grind into fine paste (mint, coriander, chilies, garlic, ginger and salt) water 2 to 3 tablespoons if required
Add curd or lemon juice in paste (dats your choice I used curd ) n grind well
In a bowl take potatoes n pour chutney on all potatoes n mix it well
Ready to eat
Suggestion:- in other bowl I always soak kokam for 15minutes n mash them with hand coz wanna dip mint potatoes in it while eating
