Ingredients:-

1 cup chopped almonds
1 cup oats
1 cup chopped dates
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1 teaspoon ginger powder
2 tablespoons peanut butter
3 tablespoons powdered sugar
A pinch red food color
A pinch green food color

Take ingredients almonds, oats, cinnamon powder, ginger powder , dates and peanut butter in food processor n grind till u will c the dough prepared.

Greave plain plate n roll the dough with the help of jam bottle. Cut with star cookies cutter.

Take 1&1/2- 1&1/2 tablespoons sugar in separate bowl, add green color  in 1 and red color in 1 with 2 drops of water, coat colored sugar  on one side of each cookies.

Moong Dal Masala

simple n easy way to serve yummy masala moong dal to your family or guest. This is pure vegeterain dal recipe which can easily prepare by few ingredients. Ingredients:- 1 cup moong Dal soaked 1 onion chopped 1 tomato chopped 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste salt as required 1 teaspoon red chilli powder 1 teaspoon turmeric powder 1 teaspoon garam masala powder 1 tablespoon coriander powder 1 teaspoon dried fenugreek 1 teaspoon cumin seeds 2 tablespoons cooking oil Method:- Heat oil in deep wok n splutter cumin seeds. Add onion n saute till the color change. Add ginger-garlic paste n saute for minutes. Add tomato, salt n all spices, mix well, add little water in mixture n cook till the oil start floating all over masala. Russian Chicken  Salad Quick n easy yummy lip smacking recipe in which I used chicken, mayonnaise and fruits. Preparation time - 20 minutes Cooking time - 10 minutes SERVING - 4 people Ingredients:- 1 cup boiled and shredded chicken 1 cup mayonnaise 1/2 cup powdered sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/3 teaspoon black pepper powder 1 apple (cut into pieces) 1 cup grapes 1/2 cup pomegranate Method:- In wok add water, little salt n chicken, bring it to boil. switch off the flame, make sure that chicken cooked well. Make pieces by hand. Take mayonnaise in large mixing bowl and add powdered sugar, salt and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder in it. Add chicken pieces in it, mix will. Now finally add apple pieces, grapes and pomegranate, gently mix it. Serve it to a plate and sprinkle sugar, black pepper powder and garnish some pomegranate n mint leaves Delicious Russian Chicken Salad is ready to eat.
