Christmas Cookies

This mini christmas cookies made with biscuits, dates, coconut etc. Simple n quick yummy recipe prepared in few steps.

Ingredients:-

1 cup ground Marie biscuits
1 cup ground hide n seek biscuits
1 cup chopped dates
1/2 cup ground coconut
1/2 cup raisins
1/3 teaspoon ground cinnamon 
Powdered sugar for sprinkle

Method:-

Take all the ingredients in food processor except powdered sugar and make soft dough.

Take small portion amla size balls n press gently in between of palm. Keep to a plate.

Sprinkle powdered sugar on cookies and njoy yummy Christmas cookies.

Moong Dal Masala

simple n easy way to serve yummy masala moong dal to your family or guest. This is pure vegeterain dal recipe which can easily prepare by few ingredients. Ingredients:- 1 cup moong Dal soaked 1 onion chopped 1 tomato chopped 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste salt as required 1 teaspoon red chilli powder 1 teaspoon turmeric powder 1 teaspoon garam masala powder 1 tablespoon coriander powder 1 teaspoon dried fenugreek 1 teaspoon cumin seeds 2 tablespoons cooking oil Method:- Heat oil in deep wok n splutter cumin seeds. Add onion n saute till the color change. Add ginger-garlic paste n saute for minutes. Add tomato, salt n all spices, mix well, add little water in mixture n cook till the oil start floating all over masala. Add soaked dal in mixture with little water n dried fenugreek, now cover the lid n cook for 15 minutes on low flame in between keep sautéing.

Russian Chicken  Salad Quick n easy yummy lip smacking recipe in which I used chicken, mayonnaise and fruits. Preparation time - 20 minutes Cooking time - 10 minutes SERVING - 4 people Ingredients:- 1 cup boiled and shredded chicken 1 cup mayonnaise 1/2 cup powdered sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/3 teaspoon black pepper powder 1 apple (cut into pieces) 1 cup grapes 1/2 cup pomegranate Method:- In wok add water, little salt n chicken, bring it to boil. switch off the flame, make sure that chicken cooked well. Make pieces by hand. Take mayonnaise in large mixing bowl and add powdered sugar, salt and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder in it. Add chicken pieces in it, mix will. Now finally add apple pieces, grapes and pomegranate, gently mix it. Serve it to a plate and sprinkle sugar, black pepper powder and garnish some pomegranate n mint leaves Delicious Russian Chicken Salad is ready to eat.
