Beetroot Tea

1 beetroot
1/2 inch ginger
1 teaspoon lemon juice
3 tablespoons Honey (optional)
3 cups warm water

Step 1: Take mixing bowl, peel beetroot and grate it.

Step 2: Peel ginger and grate it in same bowl.

Step 3: Add warm water in it and mix really well. Cover the lid and leave it for 5-7 minutes.

Step 4: Seperate water from beetroot with the help of strainer. Add lemon juice in seperated water and honey and mix it well.

Beetroot Tea is ready to drink. Drink this in early morning on empty stomach it will help to improve your immune system and digestion.
