Babycorn Soup

Quick simple n healthy babycorn soup in which i used vegetables stock, babycorn and spices. Must try this awesome recipe.
Ingredients:-
5nos baby corn
2 cups vegetable stock
2 tablespoons chopped spring onion
1 teaspoon chopped ginger garlic
Salt as required
1/3 teaspoon black pepper powder
1 tablespoon cooking oil
Method:-
Heat oil in wok add baby corn in heated oil n shallow fry for 3 to 4 minutes on low flame. Transfer it to a plate.
Add ginger garlic n saute fir 30seconds till it turn into pink.
Add spring onion and saute for minute on low flame.
Add vegetable stock, salt and black pepper powder and mix it well. Bring it to boil.
Add fried baby corn n serve hot garma garm soup.
