Schezwan Egg Strips

Sichaun egg strips is quick an easy dish which prepared  in less time. In this recipe i used garlic, ginger and sauces.

Ingredients:-

4 beaten eggs with little salt
6 dry red chili
4 garlic cloves
1 inch ginger
1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
1 tablespoon schezwan sauce
Spring Onion for garnishing
5 tablespoon cooking oil

Method

Make smooth paste of red chili, garlic and ginger.

Heat 3 tablespoons oil n make omlette Transfer it to a plate cut it into strips.

Take pan heat oil n add paste in it stir for minute now add tomato ketchup n schezwan sauce and  mix it well.

Add egg strips in it n mix it well.

Serve hot in plate and garinsh with Spring Onion leaves.
