Veggies Of Vengeance

Veggies of Vengeance is one of my favourite meal. Try this simple recipe for a satisfying dish and healthy Favorite dish and great for weight loss. Feel free to experiment using your favorite veggies.

Ingredients:-

250gm cottage cheese (cut into long strips)

2 cup boiled spaghetti

1 cup broccoli florets

1 carrot (cut into long pieces)

1/2 cup green peas

1 cup corn kernels

Some iceberg leaves

1 tablespoon Dark soy sauce

Salt as required

1/2 teaspoon Black pepper powder

1 teaspoon fresh cream for topping

2 tablespoons cooking oil

Method:-

Heat oil on nonstick pan, till then sprinkle some salt and black pepper powder on cottage cheese.

Place cottage cheese on heated oil and shallow fry cottage cheese from all the sides till it done golden brown and crispy from outside.

Boil required water in steamer. Grease steamer plate n steam broccoli and carrot for 2mins on high flame. When steam done transfer it to a plate.

In same steamer, steam green beans and corn kernels for 2minutes. When it done transfer it to a plate.

All the done ingredients keep aside.

Take 2 glass of water in wok, add little salt and few drops of oil. Add spaghetti n boil till it done. Drain extra water from it.

Add soy sauce n black pepper powder in it. Mix it very well.

You r done. Keep some iceberg on plate, steam veggies, cottage cheese and spaghetti.

Sprinkle some salt and black pepper powder.

Zigzag with some fresh cream.
