Layered Hung Curd Jelly Dessert
500gm hung curd
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 packet powdered jelly
1 packet krackjack biscuits
2 tablespoons melted butter
Chopped dryfruits for garnishing
Method:-
Take hung curd in mixing bowl add sugar n mix it well.
Grind krackjack biscuits, takeout in bowl n mix it well in melted butter.
Open jelly packet n follow the instructions which given on packet but use 200ml water for perfect jelly.
Take glasses set 1St layered of biscuits mixture.
2nd layered of sweet hung curd
3rd layered of jelly, pour jelly n set it for 15mins in refrigerator.
Garnish with chopped dryfruits whatever u like. I used almonds, pistachios n raisins.
