Mushroom masala

Ingredients:-

Mushrooms 400gm
finely chopped onion 1 medium size
finely chopped tomatoes 1 medium size
ginger garlic paste 1 +1 teaspoon
finely chopped spicy green chilies 2 nos
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
salt as per taste
Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
1 tablespoon coriander leaves
1/2  teaspoon turmeric leaves
fresh chopped coriander leaves for garnishing
3 tablespoons cooking oil

Method:-

Heat oil in wok,  splutter cumin seeds.

Add onion n green chilies saute till it loose, add ginger-garlic paste n cook till it done.

Add tomatoes and all spices, required then add little water, mix well and cook till oil starts floating on all over masala.

Add mushrooms n mix,cover the lid and cook till mushrooms done
garnish with coriander leaves.

Serve hot with chapati.
