Gajar Matar Ki Sabzi

Gajar Matar Ki Sabzi Recipe:-

Ingredients
1 cup carrot chopped
1 cup green peas
2 inch ginger sliced
1 teaspoon zeera
Salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon red chilly powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon mango powder (amchur powder)
1 teaspoon lemon juice
4 tablespn oil
Fresh coriander leaves for garnishing

How to make gajar matar sabzi:-

Heat oil in a wok add zeera n wait till the color get lightly change .

Add ginger n saute it for 30seconds.

Add carrot n green peas saute it for 2minutes.

Add salt, red chilly powder. Coriander powder n turmeric powder n pour little water coz mixture should not too dry, cover the lid n cook it in low flame for 3 to 4 minutes till the oil floats over the masala.

Add amchur powder mix well.

Now finally add lenom juice stir it n switch off the gas.

Garnish it with fresh coriander leaves.
