Rose Shaped Vegetable Buns
Ingredients:-
For dough
2&1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/3 cup lukewarm milk
Salt as per taste
2&1/2 gm fresh yeast
3 tablespoons cooking oil
For stuffing
1 medium size finely chopped onion
2 medium size finely chopped tomatoes
1 cup green peas
2 green chillies finely chopped
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
Salt as per taste
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
2 tablespoons fresh chopped coriander leaves
2 tablespoons cooking oil
Merhod for dough:-
First I prepared the dough n after this I prepared vegetables for stuffing.
In milk add salt, yeast, vegetables oil n all purpose flour n make a rough dough, do not knead it too much.
Cover with wet muslin cloth or plate and Keep aside till the dough rise(double)
Method for stuffing:-
Heat oil in wok add cumin seeds n splutter.
Add onion and green chillies n cook till it get loose.
Add tomatoes and green peas n saute.
Add salt, Red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder n garam masala powder mix it well.
Add little water n coriander leaves cook till the veggies get dry. Let them cool on room temperature.
Preparation:-
Let the dough proof until it is doubled in size.
Preheat the pressure cooker, add sand or salt in it n keep stand for the distance.
Divide the dough in half and keep the other half of the dough covered. Cut n divided the dough Into medium tomato size pieces.
Roll them out n follow the making pics to fold fill and fold it looking like a rose.
Keep butter paper on plate. Grease the plate with oil and bake that all on low flame for about 25minutes.
Rose shaped vegetable buns r ready to serve.
