Masala Oats

Starts the day with healthy breakfast Masala Oats cooked in onion, tomato n spices.

Ingredients:-

2 cups oats

1 medium size chopped onion

1 medium size chopped tomatoes

2 chopped green chilies

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon turmeric powder

1 teaspoon cumin seeds

2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander

2 tablespoons cooking oil

Method:-

Heat oil in pan n add cumin seeds n let them splutter.

Add onion in it n cook for min on high flame.

Add green chilies n cook for 30seconds on low flame.

Add tomatoes n cook for minute on low flame.

Add salt n turmeric powder n mix it well.

Add oats n mix well, pour 2 1/2 cups of water Keep mixing. 

Finally add coriander leaves n mix
cover the lid n cook for 2 minutes. 

Serve hot in plate n garnish with coriander leaves.
