Masala Doughnuts


Masala doughnuts (without oven)

Ingredients:-

2 cups APF
1/3cup lukewarm milk
3 tablespoons unsalted melted butter
15gm powdered sugar
5gm salt
5gm yeast
7 nos finely chopped garlic
5 nos finely chopped dried red chilli
1 tablespoon kasuri methi (dried Fenugreek leaves)
Cooking oil required for greasing
Butter paper required for baking purpose

Method:-

Take fresh yeast in mixing bowl, add milk, butter, sugar, salt n mix well till sugar n salt dissolve.

Add garlic, red chilli flakes and kasuri methi mix it.
Add  all purpose flour in that batter n make dough.

Cover the dough with wet Muslin cloth n keep in warm place till the dough rise and  get double.

Take out the dough on roller board, knead it and again cover with wet Muslin cloths n keep aside for 10minutes.

Take amla size portion from dough n make dounghnuts( shape n idea depends on you) or for this shape follow step by step pics.

Preheat pressure cook put 1&1/2 cup salt/sand
Take plate keep butter paper on plate grease that butter paper with oil.  Set doughnuts on greased butter paper.

Keep stand in centre of preheated cooker, keep doughnuts plate in pressure cooker, remove rubber and whistle from the cooker lid n cover the pressure cooker

Baked it for 15minutes on low flame.
Take out when done, apply butter on all masala  doughnuts.

Ready to Eat.
