Garlic Potatoes

These potatoes have absolutely everything you would want in a side dish. Crispy Garlic Potatoes are a super simple side dish perfect with anything! Buttery, garlicky, fluffy inside and and crispy edges.
Ingredients for Garlic Potatoes - Lehsooni Aloo
2 large potatoes cut into long slices
10 garlic pods finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon mix herbs
1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika powder
Salt to taste
4 tablespoons olive oil
Some fresh chopped coriander leaves
How to cook Garlic Potatoes - Lehsooni Aloo
In mixing bowl mix all ingredients well. (olive oil ,garlic, mix herbs, garlic powder, salt, paprika powder, black pepper powder)
Add potato slices in it marinate for 30minutes. Keep aside.
Heat non-stick pan, add marinated potato slices n cook from all the sides until potatoes cooked well. Transfer it to a plate n garnish with coriander leaves.
Notes
No need to heat oil on nonstick pan. Pour marinated oil on all over potatoes.
