Crispy Spring Potatoes

Ingredients for Crispy Spring Potatoes

4 large size potatoes

3 tablespoons rice flour

Salt to taste

1//3 teaspoon black pepper powder

Oil for deep fry

1/3 cup water

4 skewers

Method:-

Wash potatoes well. Cut the thin slices into diameter. Insert potatoes in skewers n arrange little gap in each slices

Take rice flour in mixing bowl. Add salt and black pepper powder in it. Add water n make fine batter.

Heat oil in wok, Apply batter on potatoes n deep fry potatoes till it turn crispy. Transfer it on absorbing paper.

Crispy spring Potatoes are ready to serve. Serve this hot with cup of tea.

Note:- Before inserting potatoes in skewers rub drop of oil on skewers. Potatoes will insert in skewers easily.
