I promised myself that I will do a better job of feeding my family more “real” food and not always reach in the freezer when I need a quick meal. Veggies of Vengeance is one of my favourite meal. Try this simple recipe for a satisfying dish and healthy Favorite dish and great for weight loss. Feel free to experiment using your favorite veggies. Ingredients:- 5nos baby corn 2 cups vegetable stock 2 tablespoons chopped spring onion 1 teaspoon chopped ginger garlic Salt as required 1/3 teaspoon black pepper powder 1 tablespoon cooking oil Method:- Heat oil in wok add baby corn in heated oil n shallow fry for 3 to 4 minutes on low flame. Transfer it to a plate. Add ginger garlic n saute fir 30seconds till it turn into pink. Add spring onion and saute for minute on low flame. Ingredients 2 cup soaked basmati rice (soaked for 1hr) 2 beaten eggs 1 cup boiled chicken 1 Spring white Onion (cut into cubes) 1 tablespoon ginger finely chopped 1 teaspoon garlic finely chopped Salt as per taste 1 teaspoon ajinomoto 1 teaspoon soy sauce 1/2 teaspoon vinegar 3/4 tablespoons cooking oil Method Cooked rice with little required water n salt (do not over cooked) when it's done switch off the flame n transfer rice in tray n spread it on all over tray this will help rice seperate. Cuisine : Chinese Sichaun egg strips is quick an easy dish which prepared  in less time. In this recipe i used garlic, ginger and sauces. Ingredients:- 4 beaten eggs with little salt 6 dry red chili 4 garlic cloves 1 inch ginger 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup 1 tablespoon schezwan sauce Spring Onion for garnishing 5 tablespoon cooking oil Method Make smooth paste of red chili, garlic and ginger. Basically Chinese don't use tomato in their recipes but yes there are few recipes in which tomatoes r used in Chinese recipes. Here I m sharing one from recipes. Shitake in Chili garlic sauce  is quick n easy recipe cooked with crushed garlic, spices and butter.  I prepared this in very few minutes. Ingredients:- Shitake (Mushrooms) - 15nos (peeled and sliced) 3 nos garlic pods crushed 1 tablespoon butter 1 teaspoon chili garlic sauce salt as per taste 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder 1 teaspoon cooking oil Method:- Heat oil in pan and add shitake in it cook for 2minute on high flame. Transfer it to a plate. Now in same pan heat 1/2 tablespoon butter. Add garlic n saute for min on low flame. I m sure u will like it. Ingredients:- 150gm green beans (Gawar Phalli) 1 tablespoon schezwan sauce Oil for deep fry Method:- Wash green beans in running water. Clean it with kitchen towel. Now heat oil in wok add green beans n fried till it done crisp. Switch off the flame n transfer fried green beans on absorbing paper. Take mixing bowl  put all fried green beans in it n add schezwan sauce. Mix it well as like Chinese Bhel. Serve this in plate n njoy the crispy fried green beans recipe veg fried rice.

Spicy Garlic Mushrooms

Cuisine :- Chinese Spicy Garlic Mushrooms Spicy garlic mushrooms is very popular chinese recipe which cooked with veggies and spices. If you r mushrooms lover do you have to try this must. Ingredients:- 400gm mushrooms (peeled and sliced) 1 medium size onion 3 tablespoons finely chopped capsicum 3 tablespoons  spring onion leaves finely chopped 15nos dried red chillies 7 nos garlic pods Salt as per taste 1 teaspoon sugar 1 tablespoon lemon juice 2 tablespoons cooking Oil Method:- Grind dried red chilli, garlic, salt, sugar and lemon juice into a fine paste. Heat oil in wok add onion, capsicum and spring onion leaves,  saute for 5minutes on low flame. Add mushrooms n cook for 2minutes on high flame. Add paste (prepared earlier) in it n mix it well. Now cover the lid n cook till it done. Serve this hot as a appetizer. You are done.

This deep fried Chatpate Crispy Modak is Savory in taste. Made with veggies and flavorful indian spices. For crispness I used refined flour and breadcrumbs. Ingredients:- 5 medium size potatoes (boiled, peeled and mashed) 1 cup breadcrumbs 2 tablespoons chopped carrot 2 tablespoons chopped capsicum 2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves 3 finely chopped green chilies Salt to taste 1 teaspoon red chili powder 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder 1 teaspoon mango powder 2 tablespoons refined flour Oil for deep fry Method:- Take large mixing bowl, add all ingredients (potato, breadcrumbs, carrot, capsicum, coriander leaves, green chilies, salt, red chili powder, garam masala powder, mango powder and refined flour) Mix all ingredients really well. Beetroot Tea

Beetroot Tea 1 beetroot 1/2 inch ginger 1 teaspoon lemon juice 3 tablespoons Honey (optional) 3 cups warm water Step 1: Take mixing bowl, peel beetroot and grate it. Step 2: Peel ginger and grate it in same bowl. Step 3: Add warm water in it and mix really well. Cover the lid and leave it for 5-7 minutes. Step 4: Seperate water from beetroot with the help of strainer. Add lemon juice in seperated water and honey and mix it well. Beetroot Tea is ready to drink. Drink this in early morning on empty stomach it will help to improve your immune system and digestion.
