Mushroom Masala

Mushroom masala Ingredients:- Mushrooms 400gm finely chopped onion 1 medium size finely chopped tomatoes 1 medium size ginger garlic paste 1 +1 teaspoon finely chopped spicy green chilies 2 nos 1 teaspoon cumin seeds salt as per taste Red chili powder 1 teaspoon 1 tablespoon coriander leaves 1/2  teaspoon turmeric leaves fresh chopped coriander leaves for garnishing 3 tablespoons cooking oil Method:- Heat oil in wok,  splutter cumin seeds. Add onion n green chilies saute till it loose, add ginger-garlic paste n cook till it done. Add tomatoes and all spices, required then add little water, mix well and cook till oil starts floating on all over masala. Add mushrooms n mix,cover the lid and cook till mushrooms done garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot with chapati.

Surmai Fish Fry Surmai Fish Fry/Seer fish fry/Maharashtrain fish fry 1kg Surmai fish (cut into pieces n washed) 4 tablespoons  fish fry Masala powder Salt 1 teaspoon 1 teaspoon red chili powder 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder 1 lemon juice 1/2 cup cooking oil for fry Fresh chopped coriander leaves 1 lemon slices Method:- Marinate fish for an hour (surmai fish, fish fry masala powder, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder and lemon juice) . Heat oil on nonstick pan, Fry marinated fish pieces in heated oil, Fry pieces from all the sides. It will take 10 minutes to fry. Serve hot n garnish with coriander leaves n lemon.

Cheese Spring Onion Masala Buns (without oven) Cheese Spring Onion Masala Buns is a delicious Indian recipe served as a Snacks. Ingredients:- 1 cup all purpose flour 2 tablespoons Spring Onion leaves 2 gram fresh yeast 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon garlic finely chopped 1 teaspoon dried fenugreek leaves 1 teaspoon red chili flakes 3 cheese cubes grated 1/2 cups lukewarm water Oil for greasing Method:- Take yeast and melt it in 2tablespoons of water. Add salt, garlic, red chili flakes and fenugreek, mix it well till salt dissolve. Add flour in it n make soft n smooth dough by adding little lukewarm water. Cover the lid and keep aside till the dough rise. It will take 40 to 60minutes. Divide dough into 2 portion, make round buns shape balls n cover it with wet muslin cloth. Masala doughnuts (without oven) Ingredients:- 2 cups APF 1/3cup lukewarm milk 3 tablespoons unsalted melted butter 15gm powdered sugar 5gm salt 5gm yeast 7 nos finely chopped garlic 5 nos finely chopped dried red chilli 1 tablespoon kasuri methi (dried Fenugreek leaves) Cooking oil required for greasing Butter paper required for baking purpose Method:- Take fresh yeast in mixing bowl, add milk, butter, sugar, salt n mix well till sugar n salt dissolve. Add garlic, red chilli flakes and kasuri methi mix it. Add  all purpose flour in that batter n make dough. Cover the dough with wet Muslin cloth n keep in warm place till the dough rise and  get double. Take out the dough on roller board, knead it and again cover with wet Muslin cloths n keep aside for 10minutes. Rose Shaped Vegetable Buns Ingredients:- For dough 2&1/2 cup all purpose flour 1/3 cup lukewarm milk Salt as per taste 2&1/2 gm fresh yeast 3 tablespoons cooking oil For stuffing 1 medium size finely chopped onion 2 medium size finely chopped tomatoes 1 cup green peas 2 green chillies finely chopped 1 teaspoon cumin seeds Salt as per taste 1 teaspoon red chilli powder 1 teaspoon coriander powder 1 teaspoon garam masala powder 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder 2 tablespoons fresh chopped coriander leaves 2 tablespoons cooking oil Merhod for dough:- First I prepared the dough n after this I prepared vegetables for stuffing. Ingredients:- 2 cups oats 1 medium size chopped onion 1 medium size chopped tomatoes 2 chopped green chilies 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon turmeric powder 1 teaspoon cumin seeds 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander 2 tablespoons cooking oil Method:- Heat oil in pan n add cumin seeds n let them splutter. Add onion in it n cook for min on high flame. Add green chilies n cook for 30seconds on low flame. Add tomatoes n cook for minute on low flame. Add salt n turmeric powder n mix it well. Add oats n mix well, pour 2 1/2 cups of water Keep mixing.  Finally add coriander leaves n mix cover the lid n cook for 2 minutes.  Serve hot in plate n garnish with coriander leaves. I prepared this pure veg Thali for dinner Thali loaded with Dal fry Gobhi aloo sabzi Bhindi tawa fry Galka sabzi Chapati Jeera rice Buttermilk Salad Papad Fruit custard Peru Kachalu DAL FRY Ingredients:- 250gm masoor dal 1 medium size sliced tomato salt as per taste 3 slit less spicy green chilies 1 teaspoon turmeric powder For Tempering:- 4 tablespoons cooking oil 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds 6 nos chopped garlic pods 1 curry leaves sprig Method:- Dal soaked in water for an hour n then pressure cooked on 3 whistles by adding turmeric powder, salt, green chilies and tomatoes. Heat oil n tempered dal with garlic,  cumin seeds, garlic and curry leaves. Quick easy n yummy chocolate jelly sweet dessert. Ingredients:- 1 packet chocolate flavour Chinagrass 300ml milk 1 packet jello 5 nos of readymade jelly Method:- For perfect jelly use jelly powder packet, bring to boil in 150ml water, pour in tray n refrigerate for an hour. Take pan add milk n chocolate China grass powder n bring it to boil, continuously stir. Pour half in each glasses n refrigerate for 1hour.
