Sabudana khichdi (Fasting)

Sabudana Khichdi

1&1/2 cup sabudana
1 large boiled potato cut into pieces
1cup roasted n peeled peanuts
salt as per taste
3 green chilies chopped
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 curry leaves sprig
3 tablespoons cooking oil

Method:-

Soaked sabudana for 2 hrs n drain the extra water.

Roughly grind roasted peanut n mix it with soaked sabudana.

Heat oil in pan crackle cumin seeds, curry leaves n green chili.

Add potato pieces n saute for minute on high flame.

Add sabudana + peanut  n salt cook it for 4 to 5 minutes on low flame. keep sauteing continously.

Serve in plate
