Mutton Chops Masala


Mutton has been an attraction for me always. Mutton chops is a mughlai dish, mutton chops masala serve as a main dish with chapati or rice. I decided to cook this for dinner 

Mutton Chops - 8 nos

onion large - 1

large tomato - 1


ginger paste - 1 teaspoon


garlic paste - 1 teaspoon


green chili - 3 nos


salt as per taste


kashmiri red chili powder - 1 teaspoon


coriander powder - 1 tablespoon


turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon


garam masala powder - teaspoon


everest mutton masala powder - 1 teaspoon


cooking oil - 3 tablespoons

Method:-

Grind into fine paste ( onion, tomato, ginger, garlic n green chili)
Heat oil in pressure cooker add paste n cook for 10mins on low flame
Add mutton chops with all spices( salt, red chili, turmeric, coriander, garam masala and everest mutton masala)  mix well n add 200 ml water in it, cover the lid
cook it on 7 whistle
Switch off the gas n let them cool on room temperature.
Open the lid check the consistency if req then add 1 cup of water n then again cook it on 4 to 5 whistles.
Serve hot with chapati n rice.
