Paneer Fingers

Paneer cutlet Recipe

Ingredients
250gm mint paneer
1 chopped onion
1 green chilly finely slits
Salt to taste
1/4 red chilly powder
1/2 teaspoon chat masala powder
1 tablespoon finely chopped coriander leaves
1/2 cup breadcrumbs (for coating)
5 tablespoon oil for shallow fry

Method
Mashed paneer n mix well all the ingredients
Give shape as shown in pictures
Take breadcrumbs in plate coat all paneer rolls
Heat oil in pan n shallow fry your paneer roll
Serve with green chutney n tomato ketchup
