Shami Kabab
Shami Kababs Recipe:-
Ingredients:
500 gms minced Mutton
2 Eggs
5 meduim sized chopped Onion
5 Green Chilly finely chopped
100 gms Bengal Gram (Chana) soaked overnight
10 pods Garlic
1 tsp Cumin Seed
4 Cardamoms
1 " long piece Cinnamon
1 " long piece Ginger
6 Pepper corns
1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves
Oil for deep fry (oil as per required)
How to make shami kabab:
Take pressure cooker add minced meat , gram dal in 3 cups of water
Add garlic, cumin seeds, cardamoms, cinnamon, ginger and peppercorns, boil it on 6 7 whistle
Switchoff gas n grind boiled mixture into a fine paste.
Mix chopped onion, green chilly and coriander leaves in paste and mix well. Beaten eggs in bowl
Shape the dough into small round flattened balls or kababs n dip in beaten eggs
Heat oil and deep fry kababs till golden brown and serve hot with sauce or chutney.
