Wheat Flour Jaggery Malpua

Wheat flour jaggery malpua made with few ingredients. Simple, quick n yummy dessert recipe.

Ingredients:-

1 cup wheat flour
1 cup grated jaggery
1 cup water
1 cup ghee

Method:-

Boil water in pan, add jaggery and stir till jaggery melt and turn into syrup. Remove from the flame, transfer into a bowl and keep aside to cool slightly.

Add the whole wheat flour and mix well till no lumps remain.

Heat a non-stick tava (griddle) and grease it using a little ghee.

Pour a ladleful of the batter on it and spread it evenly to make a (5") diameter circle.

Cook, using a  ghee, till it turns golden brown in colour from both the sides.

Repeat with the remaining batter to make more malpuas.

Serve immediately and enjoy yummy quick dessert.
