Bengali Jhalmuri
It is made of puffed rice, vegetables and a tangy tamarind sauce. Bhel is often identified with the beaches of Mumbai, such as Chowpatty or Juhu. Dry bhel is made from Bhadang, The Kolkata variant of bhelpuri is called Jhalmuri (meaning "spicy puffed rice").
Ingredients:-
1 packet of sweet Bengal Jhalmuri
1 finely chopped onion
1 finely chopped green chillies
Sweet n Spicy chutney
Sev for Garnishing
Coriander leaves for garnishing
Method:-
Take large mixing bowl add (Jhalmuri, onion, green chillies, coriander leaves and sweet n spicy chutney) n mix all the ingredients well.
Serve in plate garnish with sev n coriander leaves.
