Rawa Pancakes

If you are looking for a quick, simple, easy and yet healthy breakfast recipe then look no further; this rawa pancakes recipe is one of the best ways to enjoy your most important meal of the day. I served this with boiled eggs and hot cup of tea.

Ingredients:-

250 gm semolina

250 gm curd

Salt to taste

1 onion chopped

1 green chili chopped

1 teaspoon chana Dal

1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds

1/2 teaspoon dried curry leaves

1 tablespoon chopped cashewnuts

2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves

Oil for shallow fry

Method:-

Heat wok and roast semolina till it change the colour and you will get aroma. Transfer it to a plate.

In same wok, roast mustard seeds, chana dal, dried curry leaves and cashews.

In mixing bowl add roasted semolina, curd, salt, chana dal, mustard seeds, dried curry leaves and cashewnuts.mix all the ingredients well and keep aside for 15minutes. In bowl mix onion, green chillies and coriander leaves.

Heat 1 teaspoon oil on non-stick pan, place ladleful batter, onion, green chillies and coriander leaves on it, cook from both the sides till it turn into golden brown.

Rawa Pancakes are ready to eat. Serve this with hot cup of tea.
