Chicken Rice Soup

Looking for healthy soup so this is the best recipe. This super easy yet heartwarming soup.

Ingredients:-

2 tablespoons rice

2 cups chicken stock

150gm chicken (cut into small pieces)

1 chopped spring onion

Salt to taste

1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder

1 teaspoon cooking oil

Method:-

Soak rice for 4hours and after that drain extra water. Grind 1/2 soaked rice into fine paste. I m not going to use cornstarch.

Heat oil in deep pan add spring onion and saute it for 2minutes on low flame.

Add chicken pieces and cook for 5minutes on medium flame or till it done.

Add salt n black pepper powder, mix it well.

Add soaked rice and rice paste which prepared earlier, saute for minute.

Add chicken stock in it. Cover the lid and cook till done.

Chicken Rice Soup is ready to serve.
