If you are looking for a quick, simple, easy and yet healthy breakfast recipe then look no further; this rawa pancakes recipe is one of the best ways to enjoy your most important meal of the day. I served this with boiled eggs and hot cup of tea. Ingredients:- 250 gm semolina 250 gm curd Salt to taste 1 onion chopped 1 green chili chopped 1 teaspoon chana Dal 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds 1/2 teaspoon dried curry leaves 1 tablespoon chopped cashewnuts 2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves Oil for shallow fry Method:- Heat wok and roast semolina till it change the colour and you will get aroma. Transfer it to a plate. In same wok, roast mustard seeds, chana dal, dried curry leaves and cashews. In mixing bowl add roasted semolina, curd, salt, chana dal, mustard seeds, dried curry leaves and cashewnuts.mix all the ingredients well and keep aside for 15minutes. If your looking for dinner so this is the best way to treat your family members. Try this yummy recipe which done in 45minutes. Ingredients:- 250gm mince mutton 1 cup macroni elbow 6 cheese slices Salt as per taste 1 teaspoon red chili powder 1 teaspoon black pepper powder 1/3 teaspoon garam masala powder 1 large onion finely chopped 2 large tomato paste 1 teaspoon ginger paste 1/3 cup butter 2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves for garnishing Method:- Take 1&1/2 glass water in wok add Macroni, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon oil in it n bring it to boil till Macroni done. Drain extra water n keep aside. Heat butter in deep pan and add onion, saute it till onion change the color. Add ginger n saute for 2minutes on low flame. Wheat Flour Jaggery Malpua

Wheat flour jaggery malpua made with few ingredients. Simple, quick n yummy dessert recipe. Ingredients:- 1 cup wheat flour 1 cup grated jaggery 1 cup water 1 cup ghee Method:- Boil water in pan, add jaggery and stir till jaggery melt and turn into syrup. Remove from the flame, transfer into a bowl and keep aside to cool slightly. Add the whole wheat flour and mix well till no lumps remain. Heat a non-stick tava (griddle) and grease it using a little ghee. Pour a ladleful of the batter on it and spread it evenly to make a (5") diameter circle. Cook, using a  ghee, till it turns golden brown in colour from both the sides. Repeat with the remaining batter to make more malpuas. Serve immediately and enjoy yummy quick dessert.

Til Gud K Laddu

Simple recipe of til gud laddu made with sesame seeds, jaggery and ghee. Makar sankranti is round the corner and so i thought of sharing these sesame seeds jaggery laddu recipe. Til means sesame seeds and gud means jaggery in Marathi were people shared with every one with this words "Til Gud Ghya Aani God God Bola" Ingredients:- 150gm sesame seeds 150gm jaggery 1 teaspoon clarified butter 2 teaspoon water Method:- Heat kadhai n roast sesame seeds for 5mins on low flame. Transfer it to a plate and keep aside. Keep same kadhai on the stove top on low flame. Add jaggery and water, keep stirring continuously. On a low flame simmer this jaggery+water solution. it will start bubbling first. You have to continue to cook till you come to a soft ball stage in the jaggery solution. Achwani for new born baby mother. I remember those days when I was in hospital n alina my new born baby girl was in my arms. My mother in law made this healthy recipe for me at that time.  I’ll talk a bit about “Achwani”, which is a healthy and nutritious sweet concoction of dry fruits taken with milk consumed by new mothers after giving birth. U can store this in refrigerator for 15days but best way is to eat on the spot. Ingredients:- 150 gm grated or small pieces jaggery 50 gm fox nuts (makhane) 50 gm almonds (badam) 50 gm cashewnuts(kaju) 2 tablespoons watermelon seeds (magaz) 2 tablespoons chopped dried dates 2 tablespoons grated dried coconut 1/2 teaspoon ajwain 125 ml water 1/2 cup pure clarified butter Method:- Heat clarified butter in deep wok. Chicken Oats Soup

Superb delicious awesome healthy recipe. Must try. Ingredients 1 boiled and shredded chicken breast 1/3 cup oats 2 cups Chicken stock 1 medium size onion 1 chopped spring onion 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds Salt to taste 1/3 teaspoon black pepper powder 1 teaspoon oil Method:- Heat oil in pan, splutter cumin seeds and saute onion in it for minute. Add shredded chicken n saute for minute. Add salt n black pepper powder mix n cook for few seconds. Add maida n little chicken stock (in which chicken boiled). Stir continuously and then pour   chicken stock n mix. Add oats n cook for 3minutes on low flame. Add some spring onion n chicken oats soup ready to serve. Njoy this soup in lunch or in dinner.

Carrot Soup

Everyone love this easy healthy carrot soup. Simple n quick healthy recipe. Ingredients:- 2 carrots sliced 1 medium size onion sliced 1 inch chopped ginger or paste 3 chopped garlic or paste 1&1/2 cup water Salt to taste 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder 1/4 teaspoon oregano 1 tablespoon butter Method:- Take water in pot add carrot, onion, ginger and garlic, cooked till carrot get soft or you can pressure cook on 1 whistle. After done let it cool down on room temperature. Separate water from it n grind carrot into fine paste. Take separate water in pot add carrot paste in it n bring it to boil for 2minutes on medium flame. Add salt, black pepper powder, oregano and mix it. Add butter and cook till the soup get little thick. Carrot soup is ready to serve. Garnish mint leaves and serve hot.

Chicken Rice Soup

Looking for healthy soup so this is the best recipe. This super easy yet heartwarming soup. Ingredients:- 2 tablespoons rice 2 cups chicken stock 150gm chicken (cut into small pieces) 1 chopped spring onion Salt to taste 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder 1 teaspoon cooking oil Method:- Soak rice for 4hours and after that drain extra water. Grind 1/2 soaked rice into fine paste. I m not going to use cornstarch. Heat oil in deep pan add spring onion and saute it for 2minutes on low flame. Add chicken pieces and cook for 5minutes on medium flame or till it done. Add salt n black pepper powder, mix it well. Add soaked rice and rice paste which prepared earlier, saute for minute. Add chicken stock in it. Cover the lid and cook till done. Chicken Rice Soup is ready to serve.
