Mushroom Tikki

Ingredients:-

2 Large boiled potato mashed
1 cup mushrooms chopped
2 tablespoons Red bell pepper chopped
1 tablespoon carrot chopped
2 green chilies chopped
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro chopped
salt as per taste
3 tablespoons oil for shallow fry

Method:-

Heat few drop of oil on nonstick pan, stir mushroom, carrot n red  bell pepper.
Add veggies, salt, green chili n cilantro in mashed potato.
Give a shape u like and shallow fry all tikkis.
Serve with salad.
