Shallow Fried Aloo Chat Simple n quick yummy recipe which I like most in this lovely winter season. Ingredients:- 2 large potatoes ( boiled, peeled n sliced) 1 cup curd 1 tablespoon sugar salt as per taste 1 tablespoon oil for garnishing:- Red chili powder Roasted cumin powder green chutney chat masala Method:- Add sugar in curd n whisk it. Heat oil in nonstick pan n shallow fry aloo slices from both sides. Put it on plate sprinkle salt on all over potatoes. Pour curd n green chutney on all over  potatoes. sprinkle Red chilli powder, cumin powder n chat masala. shallow fried aloo chat is ready to serve

Butter Garlic Mushroom step by step photos, quick n easy recipe cooked with crushed garlic, herbs and butter, few ingredients used for this recipe but awesome in taste. u will like this   As I said I like the flavour of garlic so here I give the twist that u can say  buttery garlicy mushrooms to it. Ingredients:- Mushrooms- 15nos 6 to 7 nos garlic 1 tablespoon butter salt as per taste paprika a pinch 1 teaspoon cooking oil Method:- Heat oil in pan Add mushrooms in it cook for minute on high flame. Add salt n saute well. Add garlic n saute for min on low flame. Finally add butter n paprika n mix it well, turn off the flame. Serve n njoy butter garlic mushrooms r ready to eat. Thankyou

Sabudana khichdi (Fasting)

Sabudana Khichdi 1&1/2 cup sabudana 1 large boiled potato cut into pieces 1cup roasted n peeled peanuts salt as per taste 3 green chilies chopped 1 teaspoon cumin seeds 1 curry leaves sprig 3 tablespoons cooking oil Method:- Soaked sabudana for 2 hrs n drain the extra water. Roughly grind roasted peanut n mix it with soaked sabudana. Heat oil in pan crackle cumin seeds, curry leaves n green chili. Add potato pieces n saute for minute on high flame. Add sabudana + peanut  n salt cook it for 4 to 5 minutes on low flame. keep sauteing continously. Serve in plate

Vrat Wale Dahi Aloo (Fasting Recipe)

Vrat Wale Dahi Aloo Simple n quick yummy upwas recipe. Ingredients:- 2 large boiled potato 2 cup beaten curd 2 tablespoons sugar powdered Sendha namak as per taste Roasted cumin powder for sprinkle 5 less spicy green chili paste 2 tablespoon cooking oil Method:- Mash potato add salt n make tikki, freeze for an hour. Heat oil n shallow fry tikkis. Add sugar in curd n mix it. Serve tikki in plate pour curd on it. garnish green chili paste n sprinkle cumin powder.

Sago Banana Kheer (Fasting Recipe)

Upwas/Fasting Recipe Sago Banana kheer Ingredients:- 500ml milk 1 tablespoon soaked sago (sabudana) 3 nos banana 2&1/2  tablespoons sugar 2 tablespoons Chopped dryfruits(optional) 1 tablespoon ghee Method:- Heat ghee in pan n roast dry fruits, keep aside when done. Grind separate sago n 2 bananas into fine paste. Take a deep wok n boil the milk in between add sago n keep stirring. Add sugar n grinded banana in it, bring it to boil. Add roasted dryfruits n mix well. Let it cool on room temperature, serve it in bowl n garnish with remaining banana slices. Happy Navratri Thankyou.

Parwal is very popular and a healthy vegetable n Stuffed vegetable are always liked by all then those made in normal way. today I made this stuffed pointed guard/parwal for dinner Ingredients:- Parwal - 10 nos ( peeled and washed) Gramflour - 2 tablespoons Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon Fennel seeds - 1 teaspoon Coriander seeds - 1 tablespoon Garlic pods - 5 nos Salt as per taste Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon Asafoetida - 1 pinch Mango powder - 1 tablespoon Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon Cooking oil - 1/3 cup Chat masala - 1 teaspoon Method:- Heat pan n roast cumin seeds, fennel seeds, coriander seeds n garlic, Grint it into fine powder. Shami Kababs Recipe:- Ingredients: 500 gms minced Mutton 2 Eggs 5 meduim sized chopped Onion 5 Green Chilly finely chopped 100 gms Bengal Gram (Chana) soaked overnight 10 pods Garlic 1 tsp Cumin Seed 4 Cardamoms 1 " long piece Cinnamon 1 " long piece Ginger 6 Pepper corns 1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves Oil for deep fry (oil as per required) How to make shami kabab: Take pressure cooker add minced meat , gram dal in 3 cups of water Add garlic, cumin seeds, cardamoms, cinnamon, ginger and peppercorns, boil it on 6 7 whistle Switchoff gas n grind boiled mixture into a fine paste. Mix chopped onion, green chilly and coriander leaves in paste and mix well. Beaten eggs in bowl Shape the dough into small round flattened balls or kababs n dip in beaten eggs Heat oil and deep fry kababs till golden brown and serve hot with sauce or chutney.

Chicken Fingers Recipe Ingredients:- 500gm boneless chicken cut into long strips 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste 2 tablespoon all purpose flour Salt to taste 1/2 tablespoon red chilly powder 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder 2 tablespoon lemon juice 2 beaten eggs in bowl 1 1/2 cup breadcrumbs Oil for deep fry Method Marinate chicken with ginger, garlic paste, salt, redchilly powder, garam masala powder, lemon Keep aside for half an hour Mix all purpose flour in marinated chicken Heat oil in wok Take 1 by 1 chicken strip dip it in beaten eggs Apply breadcrumbs on it Fry chicken fingers in heated oil on medium flame Serve with tomato ketchup

Dhokla A famous gujrati snack dhokla Ingredients:- 2 cups Gram flour (besan) 1 cup Yogurt beaten Salt to taste Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon Green chilli-ginger paste 1 teaspoon Oil 2 tablespoons Lemon juice 2 tablespoon Soda bicarbonate 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds 1 teaspoon curry leaves 7 8 green chillies 4 5 (cut into 2) 1/4 cup water Fresh coriander leaves chopped 2 tablespoons Method Step 1 Take gram flour in a bowl. Add yogurt and approximately one cup of warm water and mix. Avoid lumps. Add salt and mix again. Step 2 Leave it aside to ferment for half an hour. When gram flour mixture has fermented, add turmeric powder and green chilli-ginger paste. Mix Heat the steamer. Grease a thali. Step 3 In a small bowl take lemon juice, soda bicarbonate, one teaspoon of oil and mix. Add it to the batter and whisk briskly. Pour batter into the greased thali and place it in the steamer. Ingredients:- Red kidney beans (rajma) soaked overnight1 1/2 cups Onions finely chopped 2 medium Salt to taste Oil 3 tablespoons Ginger chopped 1 inch piece Garlic chopped cloves Tomatoes pureed 3 medium Coriander powder 1 tablespoon Cumin powder 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder 2 teaspoon Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon Method:- Pressure cook rajma with five cups of water and salt till totally cooked and soft. Heat oil in a deep pan. Add  onion n saute it Add ginger and garlic and continue to sauté till the mixture turns golden. Add tomato puree, mix and continue to cook. Add coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and cook till the oil leaves the masala. Add rajma along with the cooking liquour and mix. Adjust salt and add garam masala powder. Lower the heat and simmer for about fifteen to twenty minutes on low heat. Serve hot with steamed rice.

INGREDIENTS:- 1 cup urad dal Split With Skin 2 cups  water 2 large Tomatoes roughly chopped 1 medium onion roughly chopped 1 tsp Ginger Paste 1 tsp Garlic Paste 4 tbsp Ghee / Clarified Butter 2 Green Chilies chopped Seasoning : 1 tsp Red Chili Powder 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder 1-2 tsp Coriander Powder 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder salt to taste Whole Spice : 2 Bay Leaf 4 Cloves 4-5 pepper 2 Dry red chilies Garnish : 1-2 tbsp fresh cream Fresh Coriander fine chopped Tempering (optional) : 1 tsp Oil/Ghee 1 tsp Mustard/ Cumin Seeds 2 cloves garlic fine chopped 1/2 tsp Hing/ Asafoetida INSTRUCTIONS:- So now when you are ready with the day, heat a pan and dry roast the dal till you smell the aroma. Ingredients:- 4 brain (goat) 1 large onion finely chopped 2 medium tomatoes chopped 1 tsp red chilli powder 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1/4 cup fresh fenugreek leaves (methi) (optional) 2 tsp ginger/garlic paste 1 tablespoon chopped corriander leaves salt as per taste 3 tbs oil Method:- There is an extremely thin layer on brain which should be removed very tactfully holding the brain in your palm. Clean and wash brain thorougly in such a way that each piece remain intact and does not break into pieces. Boil brain in 2 cups water adding turmeric powder.Cook till water dries up completely. Heat oil in a separate pan and add onion. Fry onion till light brown. Add ginger garlic paste.Stir for 20 seconds. Add chilli powder,salt and tomatoes. Stir for 1 min.
