Bhuni kaleji

Absolutely delicious recipe of bhuni kaleji/dry liver which cooked in spices.
I guarantee that u will love it.

Ingredients

500gm liver
1 large onion sliced
1 tomato sliced
2 green chilies chopped
1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
Salt as per taste
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 tablespoon coriander powder
1 tablespoon mutton masala powder
3 tablespoons cooking oil
Coriander leaves for garnish

Method

Cut liver into small pieces
Heat oil in pressure cooker add onion n cooked till it change the color in brown.
Add ginger garlic paste n saute for 2 to 3minutes
Now add tomato and green chili mix well put salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, mutton masala n mix well, if req then add little  water
Add liver in masala n mix it well
Cover lid n cook on 7 to 8 whistles on low high flame
Garnish coriander leaves n serve hot with chapati, rice or pav
