Galka/Turai
Ingredients:-
1kg galka peel n sliced (turai)
5 nos green chilies chopped (hari mirch)
Salt as per taste (namak)
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon cumin seeds (zeera)
1 pinch asaefotida (hing)
1/2 cup cooking Oil
Method:-
Heat oil in deep wok crackle cumin seeds, asaefotida n green chillies
Add galka in it cook it on high flame for 10mins n then saute
Add turmeric n salt mix it well n again cook it on high flame till the galka get dry
